Refund policy

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We accept both returns and exchanges for all our products that are not classed as stationery (bookmarks, stickers, Kindle inserts etc.), gift cards or were purchased on sale. You can request a return or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or an exchange, please send an e-mail to info@avocatocrafts.com.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the product must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postal costs unless the product has arrived faulty or was damaged in transit. 

We recommend returning products via tracked mail. We cannot process refunds for lost or damaged return packages.

Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
If a return is approved and items are sent back to us, refunds will be issued in GBP at the current exchange rate. Any differences due to currency fluctuations are beyond our control.

My item arrived damaged / is incorrect, what now?

This is definitely not the experience we want you to have! Please make sure to take clear photos of the damaged product / incorrect item and e-mail them with your order number attached within 14 days of delivery to info@avocatocrafts.com. We will sort it out for you ASAP and cover return shipping!

Damage from excessive everyday use, accidents or not following care instructions will not be considered a fault.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of ordering which automatically issues a full refund.
