Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from the UK. Please refer to our 'Shipping Info' page for more information and details regarding delivery times.
What is your processing time?
Our standard processing time is 5-7 days. For our made-to-order products, such as all hand-sewn book sleeves, e-reader sleeves and hand-knit goods, our processing time is up to 14 days. However, we generally ship orders earlier than that.
Need your order sooner? You can fill the 'note to seller' section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We accept both returns and exchanges for all our products that are not classed as stationery (bookmarks, stickers, Kindle inserts etc.). You can request a return or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or an exchange, please send an e-mail to info@avocatocrafts.com.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the product must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postal costs unless the product has arrived faulty or was damaged in transit.
We recommend returning products via tracked mail. We cannot process refunds for lost or damaged return packages.
Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
My item arrived damaged / is incorrect, what now?
This is definitely not the experience we want you to have! Please make sure to take clear photos of the damaged product / incorrect item and e-mail them with your order number attached within 14 days of delivery to info@avocatocrafts.com. We will sort it out for you ASAP and cover return shipping!
Damage from excessive everyday use, accidents or not following care instructions will not be considered a fault.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we accept cancellations within 24 hours of ordering which automatically issues a full refund.
How can I contact you?
You can contact us by using the 'Contact' form on our website, sending an e-mail to info@avocatocrafts.com or simply shooting us a message on Instagram (@avocatocrafts). We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours from Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
Do you do wholesale?

How can I work with you?
We are always happy to collaborate if you want to work with us! You can use the 'Contact' form on our website or drop a DM to @avocatocrafts on Instagram to discuss potential partnership.
We also operate a brand rep team on a quarterly basis comprising of 3-4 reps per term. As a brand representative, you will receive a monthly selection of free goodies from our shop that you get to enjoy and promote on your social media feed throughout your 3-month long term. You will obtain a personal discount code and a discount code that you can share with your followers, as well.
