Shipping destinations:

We ship worldwide! Please ensure that you have provided an accurate, complete and up-to-date shipping address before checking out. Unfortunately, if an order is returned to us due to address issues, the shipping cost cannot be refunded and is a responsibility of the buyer. 

Shipping rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping weight. You can view your final shipping price at checkout without having to proceed with payment.

Shipping service:

Every domestic (UK) order is shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48h for free with the exemption of our stationery products which are shipped via untracked Royal Mail 2nd class and is paid for at checkout. Our domestic delivery upgrades include Royal Mail Tracked 24h, 1st class and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM.

Every international order is shipped via Royal Mail 'Tracked' with deliveries taking between 7-10 business days.

International delivery partners:

Since every order is shipped from the UK with Royal Mail, deliveries in the destination countries are conducted by their associated national postal services. If you have a tracking number, you can use it on your local carrier's website, as well.

Domestic (UK) orders:

If your package has not arrived within 14 days after dispatch, please contact us so we can assist you and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Make sure to include your order number.

International orders:

If your package has not arrived within 30 days after dispatch, please contact us so we can assist you and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Make sure to include your order number. Sometimes, international mail is delayed for reasons beyond our control, such as being stuck in transit or held at customs. We apologise for any inconveniences caused and we appreciate your patience!

Customs and import taxes:

Every country has its own rules when it comes to customs and import fees. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any local charges that may occur upon arrival in the destination country. If you are unsure regarding the charges that may be imposed on your package, please refer to your local customs authorities for more information before placing your order.

USA Tariffs- Your tariff tax is included in our products' price and paid for on your behalf to avoid delays at / refusal by customs! Please keep in mind that this is a separate tax from sales tax and that it is non- refundable. The current tariff tax is set between 12%-15% on most items.

Address Accuracy:

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date delivery address. If there is an issue, please contact us, so we can update your address before we have shipped your order.

Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, without us being notified beforehand, cannot be refunded or cancelled.
